Amazing! Fair selection of cars. However what made my visit worth five stars was my salesman Mike at koepell Ford. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He took Fair selection of cars. He asked me, "which car do you love, not like". A few hours later I was driving home in a Nissan Pathfinder! No games or gimicks with Mike. Purchased a ford edge sept 16 2017 After agreeing to purchase showroom model since they had no desire to sell any 2018 models.The salesman estimated m Purchased a ford edge sept 16 2017 After agreeing to purchase showroom model since they had no desire to sell any 2018 models.The salesman estimated my apr to 1.9 or 2.9 with my credit score of 824 He agreed for $6000 for my trade so i called geico to make plate transfer and waited 2 hrs to see finance guy name marcus.After being there 6 1/2 hrs the finance guy gave me a apr of 6.9 and my trade in was $5100 instead of $6000.I told him this should have been straighten out earlier not 6 1/2 hrs later.I purchased edge anyway because I will pay off in 3 months but this place is deceptive and now i know is being sued by BBB for deceptive practices.STAY AWAY !! Service after sale is the worst i have ever encountered I brought my car in to replace a blown tire. I paid Extra for the WHEEL and TIRE WARRANTY. The SERVICE MANAGER Wanted to charge ME 95.00 dollars for t I brought my car in to replace a blown tire. I paid Extra for the WHEEL and TIRE WARRANTY. The SERVICE MANAGER Wanted to charge ME 95.00 dollars for the TIRE VALVE that monitors air in the tire. HE never bothered to check the WARRANTY, I had to go get the MANAGER from the NEW CAR DEPARTMENT to tell him he was wrong. I have no faith in the service manager OR service department at KOEPPEL FORD, I would not RECOMMEND any body to THEM. More
