Great experience Most dealerships are the same to me but Koeppel was a bit different. I'm a young businessman working with my father we decided on buying a brand new Most dealerships are the same to me but Koeppel was a bit different. I'm a young businessman working with my father we decided on buying a brand new cargo van. First walking in we met with Frank a great salesman who showed us around the vans gave us different options on kind of vans they have, after looking we decided on the one we want. We came to the negotiations and i was pushy but nice, Frank and i went back and fourth on the price but didn't come to a value yet. Two weeks go by and i call asking if frank considered my offer the gentleman that he is he still remembered what we talk about. We went back and fourth again but he met us at a amazing deal and we decided to buy the van. When we got there we changed our mind on the van because it was to high so we deiced on another one and Frank had absolutely no problem with it we chose another one and he gave us a great value since we already agreed on a better value then the asking price. Me and my dad needed a week so we put a 500 deposit that was easily refundable and Frank had no problem with it. One week goes by and we come in to buy it everything was great until we had mistakenly taken warranties with the financier Izzac before we signed we didn't like the price because we had mistakenly said yes. We went back and fourth and Izzac agreed to take everything off since me and my dad didn't want it he seem lightly upset but he agreed and understood. He never raised he voice or was rude in any way he also was a great. If you want to get a great deal and are are not afraid to talk, negotiate, and make things a little awkward this dealership and staff will work with you. Had a awesome experience More
