Displeased completely Long story short I have traded in a car for another and the day of pickup I had to finalize everything with signing the contract Etc I was waiting for Long story short I have traded in a car for another and the day of pickup I had to finalize everything with signing the contract Etc I was waiting for the financial manager for a long time so that I can be on my way also I have told me sales rep and finance manager I have an appointment at 2:30pm and I have gotten there at 12:10 they said give us a couple mins finally when I saw the finance manager it was 2:00pm and I had to rush to go to my appointment so I signed everything like a dumb xxx I agree just to get out of there when I got a chance later that day to review my contract I noticed I had a very high interest rate so mind you the very next day of taking possession of my car I called my sales rep to please talk to the finance manger about my interest rate and that I have someone else to co-sign in order to lower the rate but like all sneaky Dealers I was told I already signed and I’m in contract Smh so I’m very displeased with everyone at Koepel Ford thought I was in a good understanding dealership More
