BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Let me start off by saying by the time I had contacted Ford Lincoln of Queens, I had already been through the ringer. In the past I always had leased directly with a dealership however this time, due to various suggestions from friends and family, I decided to try out a leasing company. Worst decision ever. The car I wanted was not an easy find, and the leasing company who promised me the car and I wanted and then ultimately couldn't deliver, I decided to go to a dealership. The first was DANA LINCOLN in Staten Island, the dealership closest to my home. HORRIBLE. Do NOT go in there. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. I was at a loss and finally I said I will give it one more shot to get the car I really want - I decided to call Ford in Queens (nearest to my parents home) and was lucky enough to have Liz Girnus answer the phone. My god, what a breath of fresh air!!!!! From beginning to end Liz was the IDEAL person to work with. She listened to what I wanted, was able to lock down the exact car I wanted and it was the smoothest deal me and my fiance ever made. The price was perfect (even better than the leasing company AND Dana Lincoln) and I didn't even have to tell her what my original offer was. She made this effortless and honestly, it was the most pleasurable experience we ever had with a lease or purchase of a new vehicle. Thank you to everyone who helped us! We are recommending your dealership to everyone!! More

Amazing experience My fiance and I were looking into a new vehicle and we found one on the floor that caught our eye. We scheduled a test drive and Jose was more then willing to help with this. We fell in love with the ford edge and he gave us a bunch of information on the car. We decided to lease the car but we needed to make sure it worked within our budget which Jose was able to make work with us. He gave us many options and we were able to make a deal. He was very helpful and down to earth, he wasn't pushy at all like you find some people in other dealerships and we were glad we were able to work out a deal with him. If you're looking for a new car, this is the dealership and person you want to speak with. More

She is simply the most skilled and finest motor vehicle salesperson I've ever dealt with - and my recent experience with her and the staff at Ford Lincoln of Queens was as good as ever. Waste of time- Not true to their word I scheduled an appointment for service and spoke with the service manager at the Valley Stream service location. I come in the next day on the time we agreed upon & was turned down for service on the spot. This place is a waste of time, this situation alone reflects how this dealership conducts business. I was faced with almost every old-school, poor sales tactic that you could imagine - from extremely inflated pricing, the old back and forth with the manager, terrible offerings on my trade in and even a negotiation taking place where the dealer was trying to sell me the wrong trim level. I am sorry that I did not go to Ford/Lincoln of Queens first as it would have saved me a whole lot of time and frustration. Tom Cinelli was upfront and easy to work with. We agreed to a price and there was none of the back and forth that most dealers use to squeeze you and waste your time. I would highly suggest shopping for your car here and asking for Tom. More
