Starks Ford of Queens - Satellite Location responded

This negative review is neither fair to Jack or the dealership. We dispute this review because the customer omits a very important fact, it was New Years Day and we were closing business for the day. The customer walked in when it was past closing time and Jack was turning out the lights and was about to lock the door. Our advertising as well as clear notices on the building clearly indicated that we were closing early for the Holiday. Jack could not provide a test drive because the cars were already put away behind the lot gate which was closed, and more importantly the manager had already left for home. Perhaps Jack did not communicate well enough to the customer that the business was closed for the day and he did not have the ability to meet all of the customers desires at that moment, but I think most people would agree that the customer is not being reasonable. -Ford Lincoln of Queens
