I recently took delivery of my new 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. I love the car. Unfortunately, Ford didn't do such a great job building it on the time schedule they promised it. What I found funny, was as I went back to my original contacted dealers, they all raised questions about my deal and implied I would not receive the car as promised. One other point worth mentioning is the excellent service delivered by dealership, from Jose to the Credit Manger,Reginald Wiliiams to their synch specialist, Zhen Yu Li, yes a synch specialist who explained how to use all the features on the car. If you are looking for a good dealership and a friendly, honest sales person who is able to work within your budget then Jose is your man.
