The best!!! Great experience! I came into to this dealership knowing I wanted a 2014 Ford Fusion. I didn't think as specific as I was being that I was getting a car at all or ever. Liz was absolutely AMAZING, she nailed it, to the tee, she found my perfect car in a flash. The dealership was very accommodating too, considering I wasn't able to get to the dealership until the late evening after work, they ALL stayed there past closing, not one complaint for the 3 hours I was there and I didn't feel rushed. They also have someone on staff who takes the time to show you how to use ALL the features on your car, so you aren't left completely clueless when you leave with the car. From start to finish, Liz made sure the whole experience and transaction went smoothly. I now have my Ford Fusion my way and I couldn't be happier! Going to the dealership is NOT what one would expect - I have dealt with Liz for more years than we would like to admit to - this my 3rd MKZ - before that, I had leased Milans twice, Sables twice and boug have dealt with Liz for more years than we would like to admit to - this my 3rd MKZ - before that, I had leased Milans twice, Sables twice and bought a Taurus.
