The sales rep (Tom Cinnelli) that I had the pleasure to work with was thorough and honest. He kept to his word on all aspects of the purchase (lease) deal. I started looking for my 2016 Lincoln MKX Reserve in September 2015, I contacted and was contacted by may dealerships. They all promised a lot but the only that stayed true to his word was Tom Cinnelli. No nonsense, didn't spend hours in the dealership discussing what I did or did not need. Found the discounts that worked and provided me the best price for the car I was looking for. I would go back to Tom in a heart beat. More

Excellent service that goes above and beyond to accommodate! I called this dealership on a whim after having a very negative experience with another dealer that was giving me the runaround on a Ford Edge... L I called this dealership on a whim after having a very negative experience with another dealer that was giving me the runaround on a Ford Edge... Liz G. answered my call, gave me a quote over the phone (for a fully Lincoln MKC that was $75 less a month than what the Edge would have cost mind you).... I came in within the hour to sign the paperwork, and put no money down. Within 48 hours, I had the car... I had some questions about pick up and delivery-Liz answers her cell phone at 8 pm, when I knew she had finished her shift at 6 pm. The following week, I forgot to mention we had another lease in the house, Liz submits the paperwork and lowers my monthly payment-a week AFTER the deal was finalized. She just called me on her day off to let me know. Talk about a refreshing experience with a car dealer! If you're looking for service, and have had enough of BS and games that make people cringe when they think of car buying/leasing, you should go see Liz G. I don't think I'll ever a buy a car from anyone else until she retires... She's THAT good. More

The best dealership ever! The way my husband and I were treated was unbelievable. From the moment we were in there we felt comfortable. No one was pushy which is the number one thing I hate about many places, but at this place they worked with my budget and my needs. The sales Rep Jose Ocasio is the best! I appreciated all his undivided attention to us. He is calm and to the point. I want him to always deal with us because now and hopefully for a very long time I will be a Ford Dealership customer. He looked for the best deals for us and I appreciate his honesty. He understands that satisfaction goes way beyond making money. Thank you Ford and Jose for this wonderful experience. What A Car Buying Experience Should Be I have just purchased my new Lincoln from this dealer. I have bought cars from other dealers in the past with several nightmare experiences. This Linc I have just purchased my new Lincoln from this dealer. I have bought cars from other dealers in the past with several nightmare experiences. This Lincoln dealer was amazingly friendly, accommodating, and actually cared about my needs. I was greeted at the door by several people including reception and they allowed me to browse without being down my neck, yet always there when I had questions. My innitial test drive was also quite accommodating. I was able to take the vehicle out on my own with no time limitations and when I got back the salesperson cared enough to sit me down and ask how i liked the vehicle and walked me through any other questions I had. With this experience a few months later I decided to make a purchase from the same salesperson because of the professional and courteous treatment I had received. That process was even more enjoyable as the salesperson gave accurate pricing for financing and leasing before I even reached the finance office. It was a straightforward and pleasurable experience with no surprises. I truly felt like I was buying a luxury car. If your looking for a Lincoln or Ford please visit this dealership. Please see Liz! Finally, a real dealership! I was looking for a Ford Explorer XLT in Ruby Red. I did my homework. This dealership showed that they had one on their website. I called the deale I was looking for a Ford Explorer XLT in Ruby Red. I did my homework. This dealership showed that they had one on their website. I called the dealership and made an appointment, and was given one same day with Philomena. She actually greeted me at the door. I had a trade, and as I said I did my homework. I have learned over the years to be extremely leery of car dealerships, especially after 20 + purchases, and lots of disappointing experiences. Not this time. My trade was valued more than fairly, and the deal I got on my 2016 Explorer was better than I could have hoped for. I got to the dealership at 1 pm, and drove out with Ruby ( that's what I named her ) at 4 pm. Philomena knew the vehicle backwards and forwards. The owner, and the manager even stopped by to say thank you for choosing Ford, and their dealership. This was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. I sincerely mean that. Oh, and I love my new Explorer. More

Stress free I have never had such an stress free experience dealing with a car salesman. Jose was honest likeable and knew his job. I have had many bad experiences with car salesmen constantly having to haggle so much for hours it would become so exhausting and frustrating and ruin the experience of buying a car. Dealing with Jose was a breath of fresh air. He knew my price range and gave it to me straight on what truck was within that range. He didn't waste my time or keep me there for hours. He found my truck and had it delivered and kept me updated the entire time. He had gone above and beyond for me. I've dealt with many car salesman between myself my wife mother and two sisters and never have I had such an easy time buying/leasing a car. I would definitely recommend Jose to anyone looking for a new car. I couldn't be happier with the amount of honesty and professionalism Jose conducted himself with. I love my F150!!!!!!! More

Being a previous Ford customer, Liz Girnus immediately reviewed my needs and quickly presented the features and lease terms for a new car that were so good I accepted on the spot. I leased a new 2016 Ford Escape with features thousands of dollars beyond the 2014 for the same monthly payments! No hassling or horse-trading necessary here. The dealership could not be more friendly and accommodating with an attitude to make the customer happy and satisfied. More
