I brought my leased 2022 Lincoln Aviator in for service, only to find out that the dealership took my car for a Avoid starks ford of at all costs! I brought my leased 2022 Lincoln Aviator in for service, only to find out that the dealership took my car for a joyride without my permission. They drove it over the Throgs Neck Bridge into the Bronx, racking up miles and charging tolls to my EZ Pass. When I got the car back, my dash-cam had been broken from the rear and disconnected, the car reeked of weed—clear evidence that someone was using it for personal use. On top of that, they burned through three-quarters of my gas and returned it to me with significantly less fuel than I had left. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s outright theft and abuse of a customer’s vehicle. If you care about your car, your money, and basic honesty, stay far away from this dealership. I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. They don’t even have the courtesy to reimburse the expenses they accrued. More
