Walked in, paid for a remote start install, and the dealer never mentioned that my vehicle already had remote start through the FordPass app on my iPhone. They allowed me to pay for a feature my car al dealer never mentioned that my vehicle already had remote start through the FordPass app on my iPhone. They allowed me to pay for a feature my car already possessed without informing me. To make matters worse, the remote start they installed only works if I’m standing on the same street corner as my car, that’s the entire range. On my way out, I also noticed my driver’s side wheel cover was missing. I reported it immediately, and it still took two months for them to fully acknowledge the issue and order the replacement. During that time, I called and emailed multiple times, providing proof and clear explanations of how they could help. Not once did they return a call to resolve it, they only followed up when a payment was due. Once I paid, I was left to figure everything out on my own. The only person who assisted me throughout this ordeal, Debby D, was far from helpful. I deeply regret visiting this location. My visit totaled nearly $4,000, and the service I received was beyond frustrating. More
