Sir, I have read your review in-depth and in it’s entirety. It deeply saddens me that you feel as if you were treated in a dismissive manner as well as talked to emphatically. I can personally vouch that when a customer may be running late (whether it be for Sales or Service), I will do anything and everything in my power to hold the store open or make further arrangements to accommodate our customers very tight & tough schedules. We sure do know first hand of how tough NYC traffic can prove to be. Thus, me holding the facility open for ANY amount of time for ANY customer in ANY situation or Department. We sincerely apologize for your awful experience at our service facility. Not to make excuses but a Ford dealer in Queens as well as Manhattan Ford both closed up within the last two years. This has overwhelmed our facility and stretched our resources thin. On a positive note we are awaiting final permits for an extensive renovation which will include a new waiting area, increased capacity, a fast lane for oil changes and an overall modern facility.
