Holding a vehicle for services not requested is considered a way of extortion in my dictionary. We did not request any diagnostic on this service other than the Ford recall service. We have already sent an email to ChrisU for an opportunity to clear things up and allow us to pick up the vehicle. We are waiting for the response.

Your Vehicle has been ready for pick up accompanied with the invoice that details the maintenance your driver requested. Good News, there isn't a diagnostic or unethical surcharge involved. Your representative, however, DID request maintenance service. If by "clear things up", you mean don't charge for actual requested and rendered service feel free to set up a FORD REWARDS account.
