I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced (brand new 2013 escape). When I arrived at the Jamaica Avenue service center, there were two gentlemen at the dest, including Juan Toro himself. They both ignored me for at least 10 mn, stapling paperwork and without even looking up to see who's this person and what does he want. At some point, Mr. Toro decided it was perhaps appropriate to start acknowledging my presence adn asked me "how can I help you?". I told him that I had made an appointment a day prior and had come on time to complete a scheduled maintenance. Arrongantly and dismissively he pointed to a stack of blue and white work orders and said to me: "you see this pile!? these folks have been here before you and I can't promise you we'll get to your car before at least tomorrow." I felt like all the good reviews about the SALES dept of this dealership meant NOTHING to those in the SERVICE unit. Not only was Juan and his partner at the frotn desk rude and dismissive, but they als made me question my decision to drive 15 miles to come to this forsaken place where impoliteness and below standard customer service are normalcy. SHAME ON YOU! If it means nothing to make appointments then dont isnsist on people make them to start with. More

I give Ira Diggs the highest rating because he understood that I was in my vehicle (Yukon) for eight years and was having a difficult time giving up my large vehicle to go to something smaller. He worked within my budget to help me drive away with a very lovely Ford Edge. He explained every step and help me to understand all my choices and what would be included in my vehicle and what accessories I could add if I was interested in doing so. He was always just a phone call away for any questions that I had. Mr. Reggie Williams should be given an award for being understanding becaue he is dealing with money. He is very understanding, and dont push. He works within the Ford perimeters and understand your means. But he keeps it honest and forthright. I could not have asked for two better people to work with in Ford/Lincoln. You don't leave feeling like you be used or that you may have made a bad decision. They were very descriptive in their explanations and worked with me to make sure I had something I could afford and payments that worked within my budget. Once again thank you to Ira & Reggie. Mike Duff is a consummate professional. After noticing a significant paint blemish on the Focus I took delivery of yesterday, my heart sank, thinking I’d have to go through a painful process to rectify the situation. I was pleasantly surprised when communicating the situation to Mike, who unflinchingly addressed the issue—and resolved it. You have a great sales manger in Mike. And, believe me, I’ve experience less-than-great car sales folks—particularly once they have your money. Accolades also go to Agata Spina, who followed up promptly to my internet inquiry; and also to Reggie Williams, who was very patient with us (I was assisting my elderly father purchase the car, and Reggie was very sensitive to time issues). Liz was pleasant and funny. she was down to earth and answered all our questions and found a car that met our needs. She didn't try to push a more expensive car, she gave us exactly what we needed.
