My husband and I came to this dealer looking to purchase a new car, and I have to tell you that we were a little nervous. We already have a SUV that we purchased from a different dealership & we had a terri a new car, and I have to tell you that we were a little nervous. We already have a SUV that we purchased from a different dealership & we had a terrible experience, which left us feeling like all dealers were like this. So anyway, we walked into Ford Lincoln of Queens with our guard up! We were so pleasantly surprised when we met our saleswomen, Liz! She made us feel so comfortable, she is a no nonsense type of person and that is exactly what we wanted! There was no beating around the bush with her, she did not have us sitting at her desk going back and forth for hours. Like many dealers you walk in expecting to spend your whole day there, not with Liz! We got straight down to business with her, she knew everything there was to know about the car we were interested in. I really wish that we would have purchased our first car from her! All dealerships should be so lucky to have a saleswomen like this! She is a breath of fresh air, super easy to deal with & very down to earth. It was a pleasure to deal with her, & I am so happy that we found her! Liz, thank you so much for everything, you really are the best & we look forward to seeing you in the future!!! The atmosphere is nice, the people are friendly, and they are willing to work with you if you tell them straight out what you want. They may be straight forward at times, but they don't try to sugar coat thi are willing to work with you if you tell them straight out what you want. This was third time I actually visited on the site and 4th dealer that I dealt on the phone or email. I bought 2013 Fusion Hybrid SE. For Hybrid buyers, it is very important to understand that finding ah 4th dealer that I dealt on the phone or email. I bought 2013 Fusion Hybrid SE. For Hybrid buyers, it is very important to understand that finding ahead of dealer's inventory. All three dealers had hybrids but had different options, colors, etc. In order to save time, it is wise from buyer's view that inventory research is necessary. One other dealership's salesman who I dealt with before I came to Ford Lincoln of Queens felt shameful not knowing his inventory better than I am. LOL... Ford Lincoln of Queens had what I had in mind. When I walked into dealership, they looked busy with many customers. But I don't have to waited 45 minutes like other dealer that I visited. As soon as I and my wife greeted by receptionist, she referred me to Jose Ocasio. We immediately started talk about Fusion hybrid. Since I have visited different dealers, I skipped all introduction of vehicle, test driving, options consideration, etc to save my time. He introduced couple of his personal history with Ford which I liked. I have extensive car buying experiences. Since teenager to being father of three children, I dealt many car sales men and women. He is one of best 3 sales men and women in my book. He is very courteous, tried to listen my needs and tried get best possible price from sales managers to strike the deal. They gave me little over $3,000 discount for negotiated price for my lease vehicle include rebate. I originally had no plan to buy or lease new vehicle this year but life throw you a punch unexpectedly sometimes. There is no sales pressure and I like Jose's general sales approach so I decided to strike deal with him. I finally decided to lease 2013 Fusion SE Hybrid with handsome options. You see you buy car but I am more focus on how they practice their business. Car dealership is all about people business. If you have excellent reputation, you will have abundance of customers. What amazes me was I could able to take the car very same day. I didn't even bring entire down payment for the lease. Once paper works was in progress, I and my wife actually had to go back home to get rest of down payment. LOL... There is no gimmick or lowball sales tactics here. They give you the numbers and they stick with their promise. One con was delivery process. Once deal was reached, delivery process took almost 5 hours. I went to dealership at 2 PM. I was able to get out of the dealership at little shy of 7 PM. They made a lot of sales which I understand. Ford offer very generous rebate promotion. Many people took advantage on that including myself. No kidding! they had free 43 inch Samsung Plasma TV promotion going on during Black Friday weekend. Matter of 5 hours my staying, I saw at least 6 TV coming out of dealership to customer's new car. 7th TV if I include my new TV. LOL.... It tells you something right? Economic like this, people take bargain deal right away if they see. There was Lee's Toyota across the street and they don't look as much as busy as Ford Lincoln of Queens. LOL.. it usually the other way around though. This is good place to shop!!! Jose also made sure I got new TV too. Coming back to the point, flow of paper works were slower than I anticipated. If this is matter to you, I suggest go during weekday. Finance lady (I didn't catch her name) was also great too- no pressure sales for extra options that you may consider to buy. She apologized for delay and explain that there was only one billing lady working for the day. She went over all possible extra protection I may need. She explained monthly payment with additional protection option. I declined offers and she was fine by it. No pressure again. Not like some other dealers that tries to squeeze their customers nickels and dimes. It only took about 20 minutes to sign all papers. And I took spanking brand new car same day with me! Oh also plasma TV! LOL.. Overall, I encountered very good car buying experience. This is first domestic brand purchase for me- I always somehow bought imports. But whole experience change view of domestic automobile dealership. I am still eerie about quality of domestic car but my expectation will change during course of 36 months of driving Fusion hybrid. I bought this car solely for design and functionality! LOL. Fusion is indeed poor man's Aston Martin. Good luck everyone! I am sure you will have great experience too. More

He did all the inquiring for us and the transaction was so smooth, we didn't feel stressed. He shared with us about his family and so we did as well- our son being the reason why we purchased this vehicle. He is considerate, friendly and particularly with a smooth, clear tone and vocalization of words-it makes a client feel very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better sales representative to help me get my brand new car. My family referred me over to Jose as he had already helped them in the past and they were completely representative to help me get my brand new car. I went along with their advice and I came out 100% completely satisfied with his service as well and got a car I didn't expect I would get! I am ecstatic! Jose explained everything clearly and told me exactly what I needed to know and what to expect in terms of payments and the car so there would be no surprises. Jose and Mike also worked hard to get our papers processes ASAP to get my car home. Thanks for all the help and great service guys! Will definitely be back and send over some friends! More

I LEASED MY EXPLORER XLT FROM LIZ GURNES AND MICHAEL DUFF THE EXPERIECE WAS TERIFFIC THEY WERE WONDERFUL FROM START TO FINISH.ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Got my 2014 fusion as a lease, i would say that deal was a STEAL *NO HIDDEN FEES NO GAMES*. I came with a trade in and they made sure i get most $ for it, they gave me a price no other ford dealer could bea a STEAL *NO HIDDEN FEES NO GAMES*. The manager was understandable as well, and Zhen the SYNC specialist was helpful, such a saving money experience for me & my wife. Hustle free business i had with them. P.S> i did my search for 3months before i came to them so i know how is the market out there. would more than recommend this dealer for anybody looking to lease or purchase. More
