In 30 years of being in business and purchasing new vehicles I have never had the excellent experience I have encountered at Ford Lincoln of Queens. From the start with my first phone call inquiring about a new vehicle and options to the finish with picking up our new vehicle everyone was so easy to work with and made us comfortable with every detail including some extras we needed after the sale. In the past 30 plus years of working with dealers for new vehicle purchases there has always been some sort of misunderstanding or doubt near the end of each purchase creating a feeling of being mislead. This has caused us to never buy twice from the same dealer. This dealer was the exact opposite with no doubts at anytime. We will look to purchase again without any hesitation from this dealer. The sales people and the finance people and the owner had advised without even being asked and again made for a extremely pressure free comfortable environment and purchase.
