Came to Ford dealer and was met at the door by Seth Brettler, who was returning from lunch or just arriving to work. This is the first time I leased a Ford and all he other times when I leased from Honda and Nissan, I felt like I was being pressured and held hostage, waiting for hours to get my vehicle.
