After going to a number of new car dealerships my wife fell in love with the MKC the first time she saw it. Ford Lincoln of Queens had come highly recommended. After getting prices and deciding exactly what we wanted I made one phone call to Mike Duff, Sales Manager. There was no hard sell. I bought the car over the phone. Not only was the price the best I got anywhere but the car came in earlier than promised. Seth Brettler, sales associate, had spoken with me several times by phone after I ordered the car and met us when we came to pick it up. He was just as helpful as Mike. Due to all the new technology we also had the pleasure of meeting Zhen who was very patient in explaining all the new electronics to us.
