The Best Ford Dealership I Ever walked into! I been to 3 other ford dealerships and left total disgusted from the sales people that I came across,then I called this dealership and spoke to a guy I been to 3 other ford dealerships and left total disgusted from the sales people that I came across,then I called this dealership and spoke to a guy named Jai ,in the one conversation I had with him without meeting him face to face I felt very comfortable like Wow what a real nice guy...The very next day when I called him back and told him about the bad experience I had at that Hempstead dealership ,He told me that He would be able to help me and quoted me over the phone and said if all goes well with the credit this is the deal I can give you ....when my wife and I ,along with my daughter went to the queens ford dealership Jai was 1000% a man of his word and did what he said he would do for us !and we walked out with 2 new vehicles .....Jai and his people that he work with are really all true professionals and If you want to have a truly Great experience at a car dealership ,just go in there for 5 minutes and talk to these guys and if you are serious about buying or leasing you will drive out of there with a smile on your face... You guys at queens ford are Great ,I would like to thank you again for the way we were treated at your Dealership,it's very easy to see why you guys were the best dealership in 2014 and for the past 5 years ... After visiting a few dealers, we went to Ford Lincoln of Queens, and we were extremely happy with the service that was provided to us. Jose was very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. He was never bothered when we changed our mind when we were deciding on the model of vehicle we wanted. He went over all the features and differences of the different models we were looking at. You've been warned! I walked into this dealership having already done my research and asked them to beat a price I got at another dealership. We came to an understanding I walked into this dealership having already done my research and asked them to beat a price I got at another dealership. We came to an understanding (and a price lower by $5) and was told they would do "whatever it takes" to get my business and agreed I would be back the following week to sign on the car. Upon going in to sign for the car, the formerly mentioned deal was no longer on the table. The vehicle they had in stock was the same vehicle we had discussed with the addition of all season floor mats ($70). Over a 3 year lease, I would be spending $180 for $70 floor mats! When I called out Mr. Mike Duff on it, his response went from 0 to 360 in less than 5 seconds. It was like I was a child sitting in front of their parent getting scolded for something wrong that they had done! Having family members in the car business, he was taken back by the fact that a young female knew how this world worked and wasnt going to fall for his games. All of sudden, he got up and stormed off to check "the incoming folder," he didn't want to talk numbers, he wasn't making a profit off of me and therefore would not sell me the vehicle, and he told me the car had to come from jersey so I have to consider gas & toll into the price as well! I am NOT one to write reviews... but you have been warned! The reviews you read about this man are true! The first time I walked into this dealership, no one greeted me & no one acknowledged me until I went and spoke to a car salesman myself! With that being said, Philomena is great! She was understanding, and took the time to actually find me the car that I wanted. I honestly wish I could've given her the sale. Unfortunately, Mr. Duff wouldn't budge $5-10, and personally speaking, I'm not going to give my money or business to a grown man who wants to have a little tantrum. More

I Leased my first car ever from this Dealership two years ago. Yesterday it was time to say good-bye to my 2014 Grey Ford Escape S. I love that car. Now I have a 2015 Ford Escape SE. It is Platinum White, Eco-boost, Sirus Radio, I would recommend them to anyone looking at any other car company check them out first. With the Sync System it is far and away better than anything out there. It works with Android and Apple phones. I am glad I went back to get my new Lease and when this ones ends I ill go back again More

Incomplete Service, Lazy Brought our car in for its 30,000 mile service -- we purchased ford's premium pre-paid service plan for five years, with the car. this service center Brought our car in for its 30,000 mile service -- we purchased ford's premium pre-paid service plan for five years, with the car. this service center changed oil, rotated tires. i asked about filter changes. they said filters were not covered in our plan. a quick call to ford this morning told me they were entirely wrong.
