Gave me a dirty scratched car when I leased it. Was told to take it. Which we did. Have been on the phone with them numerous times explained everything wrong. They said they would pick it up and ma Was told to take it. Which we did. Have been on the phone with them numerous times explained everything wrong. They said they would pick it up and make it right. I sent text messages describing the problems with pictures. Was told itnwould be picked up in morning and returned. On the day of pick up they didn't have a clue wanted us to have a loaner car but didn't send paper work for it. I refused loaner from the beginning because I was told it would only take a few hours. So now I have to wait for another day so they can give me a loaner. All promises but don't deliver More
