Walked in, paid for a remote start install, and the dealer never mentioned that my vehicle already had remote start through the FordPass app on my iPhone. They allowed me to pay for a feature my car already possessed without informing me. To make matters worse, the remote start they installed only works if I’m standing on the same street corner as my car, that’s the entire range. On my way out, I also noticed my driver’s side wheel cover was missing. I reported it immediately, and it still took two months for them to fully acknowledge the issue and order the replacement. During that time, I called and emailed multiple times, providing proof and clear explanations of how they could help. Not once did they return a call to resolve it, they only followed up when a payment was due. Once I paid, I was left to figure everything out on my own. The only person who assisted me throughout this ordeal, Debby D, was far from helpful. I deeply regret visiting this location. My visit totaled nearly $4,000, and the service I received was beyond frustrating. More

I brought my leased 2022 Lincoln Aviator in for service, only to find out that the dealership took my car for a Avoid starks ford of at all costs! They drove it over the Throgs Neck Bridge into the Bronx, racking up miles and charging tolls to my EZ Pass. When I got the car back, my dash-cam had been broken from the rear and disconnected, the car reeked of weed—clear evidence that someone was using it for personal use. On top of that, they burned through three-quarters of my gas and returned it to me with significantly less fuel than I had left. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s outright theft and abuse of a customer’s vehicle. If you care about your car, your money, and basic honesty, stay far away from this dealership. I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. They don’t even have the courtesy to reimburse the expenses they accrued. More
