Great first car buying experience This was my first time buying a car, so I was not exactly sure what to expect. I researched the car online before coming to the dealership for a test This was my first time buying a car, so I was not exactly sure what to expect. I researched the car online before coming to the dealership for a test drive. There was one issue with the brakes, but Pete was very willing to replace the brake rotors for free. I also needed to finance the car and both Ivan and Shawn were very helpful with this process. I was able to obtain a very reasonable interest rate through a local credit union. One thing to note with this dealership is that they will not negotiate much on price, however, their list prices seem to be lower than other comparable cars on the market. Overall, this was a fantastic first car purchase experience. More

Very accommodating The sales reps were very accomodating. We had to drive two hours to get there and were running late and got caught in traffic, but Shawn and Ivan wer The sales reps were very accomodating. We had to drive two hours to get there and were running late and got caught in traffic, but Shawn and Ivan were willing to wait for us after hours to show us the Honda Fit we had researched on the Web. My wife had scoured the Web for a nearly new Honda Fit and found that Starks had the best price with the lowest mileage anywhere. So we drove across the state to get that one car. It was exactly as they had advertised. No gimmicks. Shawn was knowledgeable and efficient with the paper work and didn't try to push any extra costs on us. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone. More
