Quick NYS inspection I called to ask about changing my appointment because of other changes in my schedule and without hesitation Mr Sherbourne Williams told me to come r I called to ask about changing my appointment because of other changes in my schedule and without hesitation Mr Sherbourne Williams told me to come right on in. 45 minutes after arriving I was back on the road again. 2012 Subaru Outback queens ny Overall excellent review although it was a bit rocky in the beginning. Had air bag and transmission worked on under recall and warranty. Also repaired drive belt sway bar bushings and some lights at my expense. Some issues with minor damage done to car while in their care. Took some convincing but they fixed it up good as new. That was the icing on the cake that made it a very satisfying experience. Thanks. More

Was never asked if I had one. I put in my appointment all of my notes of concerns which weren’t seen since they treated me as a walk in for their express service. Mentioned at drop off that I would like my wiper replaced due to streaking and they’re covered by warranty. At check out I noticed that this wasn’t done so I brought it up again. Went back to waiting room while they changed the wipers. Everyone was friendly. I feel like there were a couple of opportunities for improvement but overall it was fine. More
WORST SERVICE EVER AND STEALERSHIP I purchased my car from this dealership and then took it there for an airbag recall. I asked them to check my car out while it was in there for the ne I purchased my car from this dealership and then took it there for an airbag recall. I asked them to check my car out while it was in there for the new bag. They gave a long list of items that needed replacement (tires, break pads etc), some of which where in the zone of needing the work but they also listed 3 lights they said where out. I took it to my regular mechanic to go over the list and all the lights WORKED! There was a clear effort to shake me down on even the cheapest level (although NOTHING is cheap at the dealership- even light bulbs). After the airbag replacement my lighter didn't work and a few weeks later all the engine warning lights along with my cruise control would come on all together then suddenly all go off. They obviously knocked something loose when replacing the bag. I finally spoke with the assistant supervisor because his boss wouldn't take my call and he wouldn't accommodate me for a time I could get to them by (I live in Brooklyn and it takes an hour to get to Flushing). I'm afraid I'm going to get all the way out there and they won't take my vehicle. He was argumentative and unapologetic. He refused to entertain the idea that they might have knocked something loose. The secretaries hung up on me. The supervisor won't take my call. The work was shoddy and unprofessional not to mention they lied about work that didn't need to be done. DON'T GO HERE! More

Lift Gate The lift gate would not open with the remote or by the button on the dash on my 2019 Forester. Went for service on the 29th of June. The service write The lift gate would not open with the remote or by the button on the dash on my 2019 Forester. Went for service on the 29th of June. The service writer did not make me wait, he pulled the car to the side and reset it on the spot. He then went through the car to make sure all of my safety features were set up properly. I was there less then 20 minutes. I did not get his name, he is a true credit to your service department and to Star Subaru. Very happy with the car and the service. Thanks CW More
