Positive experience Service advisor was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to address any and all of my questions. bad customer service liars Salesman Chris Awesome Guy, Finance guy , very rude, and waited until I went to pick up the car to do all the paper work. Really pissed me off. Bought several cars, never waited 2 hours ti pick up car. As for the service center, we brought that in to program a new key, and to fix USB port, the fixed the key and ordered the new part. They never called us to tell us the part was in, we called and scheduled an appointment for Friday the 17th. We brought car in, again we had to call to see if ready around 2-3 pm went to pick up car, and the interior driver seat kick panel, and console was covered in dirt & grease. The cleaned it on the spot, so we thought and we left, My daughter noticed the next day that the rear seat was also dirty, and the console panel fell off, I called and complained ans asked Nelson to get the interior steam cleaned or shampooed to clean up, they told me Monday morning. I brought the car in at 7am ,spoke to Nelson at 10am, no one touched the car, asked for manager Alex, I spoke to him, and he said that the detailer will come onsite to do the car, Drove to dealer to see what's going on, and I saw the person to took the car from me spraying some stuff on the seats I asked him what are you doing, he told me that he took the car for a wash and now going to clean the seats, I went inside and started to complain, and asked for my keys and called them liars and it's not right to do this to customers. This is my 2nd car from Star and my last, still waiting for a manger to call me, cause in my store if someone stormed out unhappy I would have definitely followed up with them with a phone call, and try to make them happy. My daughter said that it's because a young girl brought the car in and they didn't care, if it was a man bringing the car in they would have treated them differently. More
Very good customer service I had a couple of issues with my car's windows. Kevin took care of business. A part was needed to be ordered so I brought my car back and he provided I had a couple of issues with my car's windows. Kevin took care of business. A part was needed to be ordered so I brought my car back and he provided me with a loaner which made it a lil easier for me to go to work while waiting for my car to be ready. I also had a problem with my car's smartkeys and he suggested it should be replaced with a new one. Everyone in the service center was very accomodating. Great job! More

Warranty work scam Tried to get me to pay for service that was covered under warranty. Had to argue for 2 hours before they would admit it was covered. Unscrupulous!
