Engine Light Problem The engine light on my 2015 Forester with 20,000 miles is on, I took the car to service and left there on Monday-11/12. I got a call first they will try to have it fix by the end of Monday. Later at 4:20PM, I got a call saying the car won't be ready til Tuesday. I received another car around 4PM on Tuesday saying the car will not be ready and they needed to order a part and can be done the next day. I received the same message on Wednesday that the car won't be ready til Thursday. I asked for a loner car which they ran out of. I was directed to Enterprise to get a rental car and pay from my own pocket first, then it will be reimbursed from Subaru. Finally, my car is fixed and ready to pick on Friday 1PM. It has been very frustrated week with Star Subaru services, it should be better planned than kept inform customer an uncertain answer. Staff should know what they are doing if they are fully trained. More

First service for new car I needed to get the first service maintenance done on my new 2018 Forester so I went to Star Subaru’s appointment calendar and chose a day and time co I needed to get the first service maintenance done on my new 2018 Forester so I went to Star Subaru’s appointment calendar and chose a day and time convienent to my day off from work. Upon arrival on the day after Thanksgiving they took the car, did a walk around to inspect the vehicle and gave me a copy of that inspection. I was told that it would take about an hour and to go into the well heated waiting room. Watched GMA and after one hour my car was done! Minimal charge for my requesting the tires to be rotated and no charge for the oil/filter change. Later heard from coworkers that they couldn’t get their cars serviced on the same day as mine because their car’s service centers weren’t open on Black Friday! Nice of Star Subaru to be open for my car More

They were prompt in completing all required work and answered all questions I had in a clear courteous manner. More
