More than 2 hrs waiting time for regular maintenance What is the point of having an appointment if the waiting time for regular maintenance i.e. oil change is still more than an hour. Car was left very dirty Went in for recall, everything was fine but when I got the car back there was grease Marks both on The carpet and the footwell on both sides. milder g Went in for recall, everything was fine but when I got the car back there was grease Marks both on The carpet and the footwell on both sides. milder grease marks were on the doorframe upholstery. It took me 30 minutes of carpet cleaner and degreaser to get most of it out. More

Great dealer experience I had an appointment for 8 am, got to the dealer at 730, they checked me in, took my car in by 8:15 told me it would be an hour to hour 40 minutes, I I had an appointment for 8 am, got to the dealer at 730, they checked me in, took my car in by 8:15 told me it would be an hour to hour 40 minutes, I was out at 10:30 am, they explained all the procedures, expect what oil to use, last time I got an oil change from them, the oil was low, I hope it's not the same case this time.
