Had extensive repair. My Subaru Outback is 9 years old and I received a recall notice. I asked if I needed work as my ride was very bumpy. I was told I needed Struts and ot My Subaru Outback is 9 years old and I received a recall notice. I asked if I needed work as my ride was very bumpy. I was told I needed Struts and other things. Since I don’t know about cars I put my trust in the dealership service and I, though I was treated very well, picked up and dropped off timely which I appreciate very much, I only hope the repair was done to the specifications necessary and that it will enable me to have my car for many years to come. More

Service Employee Mistreated my Vehicle I watched as a subaru employee took my vehicle and revved the engine & floored it down the street as they were taking it in to get worked on. I never I watched as a subaru employee took my vehicle and revved the engine & floored it down the street as they were taking it in to get worked on. I never accelerate hard with my car bc I am trying to treat the engine right, especially on cold engine oil. So I was very unhappy when I witnessed them mishandle my brand new car. & when I reported it to a “manager” no one seemed to care & didn’t do anything about it More

Professional, efficient service My service dept contact called me ahead, making me aware of what needed to be done, on my car.
