Had extensive repair. My Subaru Outback is 9 years old and I received a recall notice. I asked if I needed work as my ride was very bumpy. Since I don’t know about cars I put my trust in the dealership service and I, though I was treated very well, picked up and dropped off timely which I appreciate very much, I only hope the repair was done to the specifications necessary and that it will enable me to have my car for many years to come. Service Employee Mistreated my Vehicle I watched as a subaru employee took my vehicle and revved the engine & floored it down the street as they were taking it in to get worked on. I never accelerate hard with my car bc I am trying to treat the engine right, especially on cold engine oil. So I was very unhappy when I witnessed them mishandle my brand new car. & when I reported it to a “manager” no one seemed to care & didn’t do anything about it More
