False promise I was told the first oil change service was complimentary on my 2019 Crosstrek. When I got there, I'm told just the oil change, tire rotation is extra I was told the first oil change service was complimentary on my 2019 Crosstrek. When I got there, I'm told just the oil change, tire rotation is extra $35, which I paid, since I'm already there. I'm just saying, I can do a tire rotation my self for free takes 15 mins, why would you charge a new customer who you want to be loyal and bring in his car for all future repairs? It's just being greedy on the dealers part, like all other dealers out there. Just throw in that tire rotation in the so called "first free oil change service" in the future, you will have more happy customers. More

Bad experience Bring the car in for air bag recall service. They damaged my car dash recording camera. Unusable now. The worker lies, saying he just took the wire of Bring the car in for air bag recall service. They damaged my car dash recording camera. Unusable now. The worker lies, saying he just took the wire off the cigarette lighter, but in fact the wire connector to the camera was bended and the camera case was lightly cracked open. The video file shows it was recording fine right into the shop, After lengthy discussion with the service manager, he decided to give me 3 complementary oil changes to compensate the damage. More
