The salesperson that I dealt with on the phone kept pushing us off to different people when we arrived in person. Then I was told by the finance manger that the price we were quoted would be $1000 more pushing us off to different people when we arrived in person. Then I was told by the finance manger that the price we were quoted would be $1000 more unless we financed with them. We walked out immediately. They then called us back and said that they would honor the price. But once we started asking specific questions about the vehicle's history and the Certified Pre-Owned status, they told us that one of their "co-workers" had put a deposit on the car and that it was no longer available. We finally called back a week later and it was still for sale. The finance manager was horribly rude, tried to sell us things that we didn't want, and eventually refused to deal with us at our closing - the floor person was very inexperienced with all of the paperwork and whenever there was a question, someone would have to relay our concerns to the back office where the finance manager was. We were pleased with the price and the car in the end, but we will not be servicing our vehicle there due to the horrible customer service and the borderline unscrupulous practice of attempting to change the quoted the price due to our payment method.
