I found a 2010 Ford Escape on Star's website and decided to fill out the credit application not knowing if I would be approved. I was traveling on route 22 when I had the tread come off the rear tire...It was loud and I was really shook up...Fortunately, I got off the exit right where the Star dealership is located!!! I had purchased these tires and didn't think to put the spare in the back of the truck!!!! Well I was and hour and half from home with no spare... And...since I have been out of work I only had $40.00 to my name until Tuesday!!! The men at Star couldn't be nicer!!! They loaned me a car to go home an pick up my spare tire!!! Not only that but Chris the mechanic had a used tire that he liked better than my worn tire and put it on for me for free..You guys were my angels that night...I really didn't know what I was going to do....I have been out of work for over a year with no income to speak of...I finally have a job interview this Tuesday and I think I have the job...I'll need a new car...You know I will be buying it from Max at Star!!!!! I was very pleased with this group. No pressure. seriously. After I test drove a vehicle I stated I had to go down the road to Faulkner to test drive a vehicle. They ended up giving me decent deal on the car I test drove. I tested 3 card in the area that day. Pat Cerino(boss) was easy to deal with and Anthony Marzigliano(finance guy) were fine to work with. After my crappy experience at Muller Toyota(rude,imperious attitudes)this was truly a different car buying experience! I waited(3 weeks)to post this review because time helps give you perspective on everything. Looking back I would say I would use this dealer again for a used car. Thanks for your help Frank!
