Great experience with Steve!! I gave Steve five stars because my family's experiences with him today and in the past have been outstanding. As a first time car owner not knowing m I gave Steve five stars because my family's experiences with him today and in the past have been outstanding. As a first time car owner not knowing much about the process, Steve was extremely thorough and answered every one of my questions with patience and an abundance of information!! He is extremely knowledgeable and was focused on getting me in the best car for me. I've been to many dealers over the past week and none of the salesmen's service compared to Steve's!! Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone, as my father had a great experience and bought his Mercedes from Steve as well. If anyone goes to this dealer, ask for Steve!!! :) More

But was disappointed upon leaving the dealership and almost immediately needing to fill the car up due to it being on the light. Looks like they put some work into the car (basic maintenance), new brakes, rotors, tires. Happy with that but overall the experience was par. More

WRX Exchange I decided to see if I could upgrade my 2011 Subaru WRX to a newer model when I received a statement showing I had some equity in my current car. After I decided to see if I could upgrade my 2011 Subaru WRX to a newer model when I received a statement showing I had some equity in my current car. After searching for a couple weeks and contacting multiple dealerships, I wasn't getting a good feeling from any of them until speaking with Paul at Star. Right away I could tell he was an up front regular guy when I told him that my payments could not exceed my current monthly payment. I was n hour away so I didn't want to drive there unless I was pretty sure we could make a deal. Today I drove there in my 2011 WRX and drove home in a 2015 WRX!! Excellent experience. Tim More
