My experience at Star Pre-Owned was a pleasant experience. When first arriving onsite, I was not ambushed or felt like the "wolves' were circling in. We had been there for at least 15-20 minutes experience. When first arriving onsite, I was not ambushed or felt like the "wolves' were circling in. We had been there for at least 15-20 minutes before Steve Miller approached us. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he brought the vehicle up to the front of the show room for us. We proceeded to test drive and review, then made decided to purchase the vehicle. Didn't realize until later, that we started this process just before they were scheduled to close. Steve and the manager stayed until it was all done and we drove off the lot with the vehicle we had came to purchase. At no time did we feel pressure to have to leave or that they were in a hurry.
