Bought a truck from Star Preowned with an extended warranty that was falsely advertised. (Dodge dealerships will not accept these warranties even though Star swore it would cover everything. STAY AWAY warranty that was falsely advertised. (Dodge dealerships will not accept these warranties even though Star swore it would cover everything. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR CNA WARRANTIES, it’s a scam). It has been a 2 month battle to cancel and get refunded (a smaller prorated amount). Our bank still has not received a check months later and Drew has ignored multiple voicemails and text messages for over a month. General manager says Drew is the only one who can handle this stuff so we have nowhere else to turn. Worst dealership and customer service I have ever dealt with. More
