I went to this dealership and this salesman because a friend had used them and was very satisfied with their services. I found Brian to be friendly, personable and very straight forward. When, even aft friend had used them and was very satisfied with their services. I found Brian to be friendly, personable and very straight forward. When, even after I had selected a car but before I had taken delivery, he found a "better deal" on the same model (lower mileage and lower price), he contacted me and we made the change which saved me $4K. Greg Weinberg in finance was straight forward and managed the various tax changes and other minor issues easily and without a hitch. This was a wonderful purchasing experience and I look forward to doing business with them throughout the life of this vehicle. More
I'm not a big fan of dealerships and I'm always looking for private seller options. But, it was fortuitous that I ran into Brian Magee - the salesman I ended up working with. I'm used to pushy salesman, but Brian seemed to be very process oriented ensuring that I had a good chance to check things out before getting into the financials. He was exceedingly lighthearted and funny keeping the deal fun yet serious enough to get it done to my satisfaction. Brian offered to help with many small things to make the time more pleasant and offered additional improvements at limited or no cost to me. He and his boss Frank, made the process go smoothly largely proving me with a price I could live with. I'm sure they still made money, but that's what they are in business for. I'm never satisfied with the price so I rated it a 4, but my sense they came to a fair price very quickly - in one round of back and forth. I'm even less thrilled with doc fees, but I get the government fee stuff. It was a busy day at the dealership, but it took way too long to get through time to get through paperwork with the finance person even though I was paying in cash. Other than the long wait, the overall customer experience was exceptional. More
I purchased a Nissan Maxima two weeks ago from Brian Magee and Frank Baginski at Star Nissan. I couldn't have been any more pleased then I was. Once deciding which car i would go forward with purchasing the paperwork and everything couldn’t have gone any smoother. The car had a few paint touch ups that it needed Brian and Frank took care of this the next day without any problem. Even tho the car was used after all of the hard work they put in to make sure i was getting the best product possible it was as if i bought a brand new car. I couldn’t be more happy with the process i would highly recommend Star Nissan to someone as well as working with Brian and Frank. More
I was in the market for a 2nd car. I was thinking a small truck so I can tow a future fishing boat and still get good mileage since I commute 60 miles a day. I contacted Brian Magee at star nissan to see if they had anything. Although Brian didn't have a small truck that would fit the bill. He did show me a low mileage Ford Focus and a low mileage Chevy Trailblazer. Since combining the 2 vehicles would be perfect for my needs I raised the possibility of purchasing both. Of course the money had to be right. So, Brian introduced me to Frank Baginski the used car manager. We were able to work out pricing that I felt comfortable with. The next step was to work with Sam in finance to figure out the loans. The result was that I was able to purchase both vehicles that fit my needs at an affordable cost. At no time during the process did I feel pressured to make a decision. Which for me is important to the experience. It has been several weeks since the transaction and I'm very pleased with both cars. I have already recommended them to several family members and friends. In my book they come highly recommended. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership about a month ago.. along with a Nissan extended warranty. My vehicle shift locked 3 weeks after the purchased. I had my vehicle towed to a local dealership and t ago.. along with a Nissan extended warranty. My vehicle shift locked 3 weeks after the purchased. I had my vehicle towed to a local dealership and they told me there was an oil leak and coolant leak! I was skeptical at first so I told the service manger at the dealership to show me himself. After I seen both leaks with my own eyes I called the Nissan warranty that I had purchased along with the vehicle. They denied my claim completely and stated the the shifter was not part of a power-train warranty and both leaks where preexisting problems. Now sure, I can accept the fact the shifter was not part of the power-train but what about an oil leak and coolant leak! They told me contact Star Nissan, because they where the ones who sold me the vehicle. I spoke with Brain Magee as he was the one who sold me the vehicle and he told me to have the vehicle towed and looked at by Star Nissan, but at my own expense! which I disagreed because Nissan Extended Services had already denied my claim and I would have just spent more money to tow the vehicle to Star Nissan. Overall I'm stuck with a $2100 dollars maintenance fee on a vehicle I had for 3 weeks! Both Star Nissan and Nissan Extended services are a joke and will just play the blame game with you! I recommend you stay away from both of them. More

I got NISSAN Sentra 2013 and quite happy. They didnt have a color I need but they got me one within next day. So on whole, Star Nissan and an associate Irfan are dedicated to provide great service and won't disappoint you. More
