Smooth informative sales transaction I came in on 12.17.16 to inquire about upgrading my car but more importantly lower my interest rate. My First vehicle was a 2014 Nissan Sentra Sr (Whi I came in on 12.17.16 to inquire about upgrading my car but more importantly lower my interest rate. My First vehicle was a 2014 Nissan Sentra Sr (Which I Loved) that I took out at Star Nissan along side with my wife on Nov 21 2014. We had no credit at the time so we were lucky enough to take out a car but at a price(high interest rate) I had already sat down with Nicholas Depalma a week prior to me coming in with my wife to have some questions answered. When I Arrived with my wife we were greeted by Nick who was very attentive. We Started by asking basic questions and and getting more information about maybe upgrading or other options we had. Nick Was able to answer all the questions and even explain them in detail if we were still unsure. He was able to give us the information and details that encouraged us to send in a credit check. When the credit check came back Nick had picked out a car that would mostly benefit our situation. The car is an upgrade from my previous and was able to be financed by Nissan andwas able to lower our interested but almost half. My Wife and I are happy with the car and the whole sales transaction that took place. Nick was able to delegate with the managers and get me a good deal and lock in a deal where I would be happy. Over all Im satisfied with the outcome of the sales transaction. More
