Just bought the never used service center yet That day after work I started at Grossinger Honda, then Mercedes, then Grossinger Toyota looking to purchase a new car I own a Toyota & a Honda. Love both of them & I had a nissan before so nissan was my last stop of the day on my way home & I need some research about the rogue, when I walked in the door & seen it I knew I wanted this car. After that Olga help me with her sales manger yes I was ez to work with because I wanted the car it sold it self. Both were very polite & helpful. The one that I very disappointed wth is Nicole Dupass she seem nice but I felt she took advantage of me, I had the understanding after purchasing the extended warranty my payments would be for 60 months, she was to get me for 63 months I told her I only want 60 & what was I paying for the warranties, I understood that we came to that agreement for 60 months nope I asked about biweekly payments she said yes we can do that & we did, then she told me you save 2 month payments doing the progressive payment plan. Now I went home check all my papers on Sunday & found out she put me for 63 payments & I save 5 months payments not 2 she said 2 because like I told her I only wanted 60 not 63. I called her & told her about it on Monday. She knew I was very tired & wanted to finish up. So that's why I'm not 100 % satisfied I feel I was taken advantage of so she can get herself a better commission. I was not happy with Nicole Dupass & that's why!!
