Solid, friendly purchasing experience My wife and I came in knowing we wanted to look at new Rogues, preferably an older year model. Chia greeted us when we walked in and asked us questions without badgering us. He took us into his office to run basic numbers and made sure we were comfortable before we took the test drive. The test drive was pretty smooth, and Chia gave us tips while talking about the car. When we returned we ran numbers some more and then Chia went to talk with management. Before long, we ran our credit history and negotiated the deal. We ran past the closing time, but we didn't feel pressured, and Chia and the others we worked with were friendly yet productive. Overall, it was a pleasant purchasing experience. More

Daughter buying her first new car My daughter was ready for her first new car purchase, I have been around the block a few times buying a car and she asked me to assist. We looked at several brands at several dealers and met the usual sharpie sales people, I understand they are pressured to sell but some of them go way overboard with the sales pitch. We looked at a new Rogue at Star Nissan and dealt with Joon Choi as our sales person. During the test drive he answered every question with knowledge,( I do extensive research when car shopping and usually know more about the car then the sales person, not with Joon he had the answer to every question and knew his product ) . When we sat down to deal he gave us a great price up front and no hidden this and that after we agreed on the price. Joon got the paperwork done, had the car washed and gassed and explained every little thing there was to know about her new Rogue. He was in no hurry and my daughter learned everything there was to know about how her new car worked. I have purchased a dozen new cars and usually have a headache by the time I finally drive out with the car,not with Joon. He was honest and honorable during the entire event and seemed to be sincere in helping my daughter in purchasing her first new car. Nicole did the finance part and was polite, had the paperwork ready and explained to my daughter what she was signing and payment schedule etc. I am one of those people who will stand up and walk out if I feel I'm being forced into a deal or lied to, I never got that vibe from Joon. They have a ships bell mounted at the front door and as we were leaving Joon told my daughter to pull the rope and give it a loud ring, the entire staff clapped to congradulate my daughter when they heard the bell What a great touch ! More

Daniel has made my experience very comfortable and easy going. He gave me a few options on selecting the best car to get around and he made it happen within my budget range.
