2nd time back at Star I bought my first car from Joon at Star Nissan back in '08 and when it was time to get a new one, I knew right away he was the one I was going to see. I was in a tough spot and not really in the market for a new car, but circumstances made it so that i needed one ASAP. Joon and his manager Jesus took great care of me and were so flexible on my trade in. They matched other places and even then some. Listen, buying a car isn't easy and it's never fun. And I put these guys through the ringer. But in the end, I got a beeeaaauuuttiifffulll car and peace of mind to boot. And Joon and I have even stayed friends after all this time--since I bought my first car. If you are loyal to a manufacturer like me, then Star is definitely the type of place you could (and should) go back to every time (for service too!). They've got a lifelong customer in me....that is...until I get a Maserati lol. :) More
