They typically don’t have the best bedside manner, and they’re avoiding actually fixing the problem because it would require them to pay for their poorly-made sensors, saying that it’s “not covered.” We’v they’re avoiding actually fixing the problem because it would require them to pay for their poorly-made sensors, saying that it’s “not covered.” We’ve had to bring the car five times for them not even to mention the option of fixing it (again). The service at Star Motors is the best I've ever had for my many cars I've owned over the years! I'm never made to feel silly or stupid; much the opposite, treated with respect and friendliness. my many cars I've owned over the years! Car bought 1 year ago and @800 miles driven- towed in with bad throttle body- no issue as I bought it as is. Video of car and photos taken before being towed as I wanted to document in event tow truck with bad throttle body- no issue as I bought it as is. Video of car and photos taken before being towed as I wanted to document in event tow truck damaged car. This car has been meticulously/garage kept. Followed car to dealership and was like pulling teeth to get someone to help me on drop off that Saturday. @6 weeks later and 3k I picked up car which had a small scratch and headlight peeling passenger side. Informed dealer was not that way and was told it happens on the Evora and can repair for @$300. Not unreasonable to expect car back in same condition as it was dropped off. I asked them to email me where I can send all videos and photos in proving condition of vehicle- of course never received, and could tell was being blown off. Side note: considered trading in on Emira; however again I had to repeatedly request info and was finally told I could get @13k less for the Evora bought one year prior there; even after fully servicing car there and repairs - putting me about $17k in total cost/loss. Same year Evora - non “S” is listed 16k more then they offered for my trade - consider that if looking to purchase the Evora’s they have listed. More
