5 stars for fixing my ignition problem so fast. Minus 3 stars for the text that "We didn't find a washer leak" (that started after I had my brakes replaced in December). Found a nail in my tire dropped by without an appointment. Carlos my service advisor was on it. He ordered a new tire and confirmed it was covered under my tire and wheel coverage policy.
