Star motors has the best service in the Houston area, we live near the woodlands and still choose to have our Mercedes serviced there. Star Motors and Carlos provide excellent service for our older MBs (‘99, ‘14 and ‘15). Carlos always follows up with a phone call to let us know what they’ve found and how much it will cost to fix it. They older MBs (‘99, ‘14 and ‘15). Carlos always follows up with a phone call to let us know what they’ve found and how much it will cost to fix it. They never make repairs without approval, and when they make a repair it works. (Which you can’t say for all MB dealers!) And Star Motors sets itself apart by providing a loaner car (with appointment) and by always washing the car before they return it to us. We really appreciate that! More
