After five years my high voltage battery was giving out error messages. Spoke to Terresa who told me to come on down for a fix. As alway the service was outstanding. Only shock was when I got the bill over error messages. Spoke to Terresa who told me to come on down for a fix. As alway the service was outstanding. Only shock was when I got the bill over over $700. First experience paying more that $200 for a battery. It must be made out of platium or gold or both with a few diamonds thrown in for good messure. I am expecting it to last another five years.The service department at Star Motors is one of the primary reasons that I continue to be a loyal Star customer. More
My service advisor, Mike, is very good; however, as far as the overall customer experience, it’s lacking.
