Star Motors and Carlos provide excellent service for our older MBs (‘99, ‘14 and ‘15). Carlos always follows up with a phone call to let us know what they’ve found and how much it will cost to fix it. They older MBs (‘99, ‘14 and ‘15). Carlos always follows up with a phone call to let us know what they’ve found and how much it will cost to fix it. They never make repairs without approval, and when they make a repair it works. (Which you can’t say for all MB dealers!) And Star Motors sets itself apart by providing a loaner car (with appointment) and by always washing the car before they return it to us. We really appreciate that! More
