The dealership and sales people don’t listen, want to push their agenda without logic to it or reason. I walked in the deal, they don’t seem to understand a beat and final offer. Btw, when you offer a price and they reject it, then the next day reduce to price to less than what you offered, it should be a clue that they don’t seem to relate to customers and seem consumed about business today and not a relationship type sale. This dealership is obnoxious, don’t care, don’t listen and that’s why the car is now selling for 2500 less than what I offered. I bought a car from a dealership in Dallas who did listen and care and I got a better car for less. Good luck Star, you all need it…. More

Estimate kept changing in repair…. 10$k, then 17$k, then supplement for 19$k. The car still makes loud noises and obviously wasn’t fully repaired.
