5 stars for fixing my ignition problem so fast. Minus 3 stars for the text that "We didn't find a washer leak" (that started after I had my brakes replaced in December). Washer fluid was empty when I picked my car up and leaked out in 5 minutes when I refilled it. I'll ask again to have it fixed next time I bring it in. More

Found a nail in my tire dropped by without an appointment. Carlos my service advisor was on it. He ordered a new tire and confirmed it was covered under my tire and wheel coverage policy. Brought the car in with an unplanned issue on the lock for the back hatch. Teresa is my service rep and she was there to help me.
