f it’s up to me I will give them zero starts. I have the worst service experience. My 2016 Senta Fe had an engine replaced recently from this place. When I went to pick up my car after the engine I have the worst service experience. My 2016 Senta Fe had an engine replaced recently from this place. When I went to pick up my car after the engine replacement my driver side mirror was damaged, My car had scratches all over and there was rear bumper damage. And this is not the first time this happened to my car. My car got hit 3 times in there dealership. The staff, service rep, manager is clueless. The dealership doesn’t provide with any loaner vehicle. I am paying for Uber and Lyft everyday to go to work and the dealership is not reimbursing me. It’s been more then 3 months I spend over $2000 in commute and they still have my car. After the engine replacement I didn’t get to test drive the car. The new manager is so unprofessional and he have no idea what’s going on at the dealership. Every time I ask him questions he tells me I will speak to my higher authorities and never gets back to me. When I saw the damages on my car The new manager refused to fix it and he started blaming all the damages on me then the service rep brought in the paperwork which showed when I dropped the car at there dealership it had no damages at all. When I asked the new manager to give me a copy of that document he said I will email you the copy by 5pm I called him back and he said I can’t give you a copy it’s legal document. After reviewing the paperwork he tells me that we will fix the car but the way he said it it sounded like he was doing a favor to me. The old manager was so nice and helpful I think his name was Peter. He always helped me with my concerns. I reported my concern to the Hyundai case manager and there dealership in Bayside. More
When I first came here back in 2016, everyone was rude & unprofessional and decided to never come back. But because of convenience, i decided to go back and noticed the changed of staffs. Once the new staff unprofessional and decided to never come back. But because of convenience, i decided to go back and noticed the changed of staffs. Once the new staffs came in, everything & everyone was great! Kim and front desk are very professional & friendly. They are definitely a keeper! More

Unprofessional-Disgusting The service staff has to work on their communication. first someone tells me they have transportation and someone else tells me my appointment was 7:4 The service staff has to work on their communication. first someone tells me they have transportation and someone else tells me my appointment was 7:40am, now by the time 3pm comes around nobody has called me to communicate anything to me about my vehicle i HAD to call them. the lady stated the vehicle was beginning to be viewed at that time. the lady stated she will call back at 4pm to let me know an update. so by the time 4:30pm roles around she tells me the issues with my vehicle and that the guy repairing the car is still on the test run checking my breaks, but than she puts me on a brief hold, she gets back on the phone and than states the issues i was complaining could not be fixed, than tells me i can make my way to pick up the vehicle so i then state i need transportation, she puts me on another brief hold and than tells me the transportation is already gone for the day and that i will need to hurry up and pick up my car cause they dont wait for anybody, and that they close the door at 5:15pm. After having my car at my appointment time from 7:40am all the way till 3:30pm and than checking my car not only do i have to pay a cab because i have children i have to pick up from school and daycare, but she rushes me to pick up my car becuase they dont wait for anybody?? I WAS SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!!!! More
The service staff is unprofessional. They lied to me about the amount of time needed to service my vehicle as well as making appointments they wouldn't honor.They ordered the wrong parts continuously, m about the amount of time needed to service my vehicle as well as making appointments they wouldn't honor.They ordered the wrong parts continuously, making me return multiple times needlessly, causing me to take time off from work. They SUCK!!! I am so annoyed that I am selling my Hyundai and buying another brand! More
