Next day we receive a call that Patrick was firered and terry was taking over. After call after call run around after run around from terry mind you was weeks before Christmas. Was told we have to call back after new year.. call January 7 was told from terry waiting on the tech he call in sick , next day the tech had a dental appointment will be back later. Fast forward two month go by finally terry said waiting on a representative from Chrysler To come in to give them the go ahead on a “new” long block mind you this going on 4 months now. First on month 5 call to check in terry reply’s was Going to surprise you the cat being worked on. All can say was wow what kind of Circus foolery is this.. finally got a call 4:45pm on a Friday that the car was down and she gets off @ 5pm. There’s now way I could make it the coming from 45 minutes away. She said terry she doesn’t work on Saturdays that she leave the keys in the office. Pick up the car minus floor mats they miss placed . Now after looking under the hood the engine wasn’t new as terry said .. will never buy or step foot in this establishment . More
