Great Service from Star My car battery died because it was deffective. Teresa and the service department were so helpful. Since we didn’t know what issue was at first, I was My car battery died because it was deffective. Teresa and the service department were so helpful. Since we didn’t know what issue was at first, I was prepared to leave it ( sadly) for a few days. But, that evening Teresa called and told me that I could get it in the morning!! Great job! More

3 hours and 15 minutes oil change I will never come to this service center again. It took them 3 hours and 15 minutes to do an oil change for a car that’s 6 months old. And then when I I will never come to this service center again. It took them 3 hours and 15 minutes to do an oil change for a car that’s 6 months old. And then when I said something about it NO ONE took responsibility for it taking so long. All 3 people said they had no control of how long it took. So I guess my car did it’s own oil change and that’s why it took so long. More
