Hello, my wife and I both purchased vehicles from Star on 12/18/21. It all started 3 days before when I contacted Christine Cramer, she was very helpful in letting us decide what vehicles we were interested 12/18/21. It all started 3 days before when I contacted Christine Cramer, she was very helpful in letting us decide what vehicles we were interested in with no pressure. She told us to take our time and look at what was best for us. She never stayed as you would say, stayed in our hip pocket. We decide on the vehicles we wanted. I told Christine I would not spend all day hacking over money. She talked with Jeremy Clark the man that makes the deals. She’s bought us an offer and I said you are a little off on my trade in. Christine and Jeremy had lowered the price of the vehicles they had to offer. Jeremy was already on the phone and sent word my trade in price was going up. Then to our surprise we look up and Jeremy was standing at the desk. I asked him to give a little on his trade in value offer and he said yes we can that. We stood up and shock hands. Deal was complete and paper work was completed in a very timely manner. Thank you Von!! I don’t know about any of y’all but when the man I have to deal with comes out to talk with us, that is impressive. Then Christine had the service manager come up front and induce himself. Wow what service. Vehicle buying is a hassle anyway you cut it. But I will admit this was pretty painless. Our 5 star rating is very deserved. Thank you to the entire Star staff.
