Haven’t had the car in the shop but twice. First time it was just a review of dash controls and was very positive. Second time I had a door open malfunction and agreed to having wiper blades replaced. Doo was just a review of dash controls and was very positive. Second time I had a door open malfunction and agreed to having wiper blades replaced. Door was warranted and estimate for blades was Under $25. When I picked up the car the charge was over $50 for the blades. Not worth fighting, but most of the professionals I work with estimate high to make customer feel good. Doubling the estimate is not a good strategy for developing return customers. More
