Could not have made it had you not went out of your way to make sure I could afford and own my new vehicle after going thru a horrible divorce that left me unable to get financing without complications. The staff at Star spent long hours and finally made the purchase possible. For this, I will forever be grateful. June 23, 2013 Paid off Car while being a single mom and raising my 3 kids totally on my own, working 2 jobs. This would not have been possible, had you all not made sure this purchase was right for me. The car withstood all the trips we put it thru to and from both jobs, school for myself, and children, kids learning to drive (lol, that's all I'm saying about that even though my nerves were put to a major test) while not giving me any problems at all other than general maintenance. March 2014 After racking up over 240,000 miles, had to replace transmission. No complaints for having to do this, just couldn't give up on this car after it had withstood all we had put it thru and it had outperformed more than it should have. 2015 Your staff saved my life again. Lightening struck my car and shorted out all the electrical. After long hours of pain staking searches and trial and error attempts, the service department resurrected my charred car and we were back on the road again. Forever grateful. 2016 After going thru all I have with your friendly, competent, going the long haul staff, I only have nothing but the highest regard for them. Of which, this year, they replaced my engine in record time and worked with me and my odd schedules. I can never praise you guys enough for all the hard, dedicated hours you all do. June 16, 2016 Again, saved by the bell. Thanks to your staff for going above and beyond the call of duty. If every its going to happen, its going to happen to me.... car gave me a scare while driving south on 49 this afternoon, staff came to my rescue again. Luckily, it was nothing that couldn't be handled at roadside, spark plug wire became disconnected and was a simple fix. Had it not been for your staffs quick response and competence, I would have been stranded on the road unable to, first of all, make to my second job, and second, figure out what could be wrong with care while scorching in the heat of the day.
