Disappointed I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM for an oil change and front end alignment. I called at 3:00 to check on it and was to I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM for an oil change and front end alignment. I called at 3:00 to check on it and was told there was another vehicle on the rack causing problems but my vehicle should be done by 5:00. I missed the call but was called at 4:52 (8 minutes before closing). This was extremely inconvenient for a service that should NEVER take all day. More

Noise in Front End of 2015 GMC Terrain On 3 occasions I have brought my Terrain in for a noise in front end and it still has not been resolved.
