I sent an inquiry about interest in the truck and within 15m Ms Maggie Cospelich sent me a text and call about how to help me. I asked a few question and she referred me to Mr. Paul (PJ), one of the salesmen. I told him I was coming so he gassed the truck up and had it ready to drive. It was an easy buying experience. I told him what I wanted to pay and a few thinkgs I wanted added to the truck. They came back and agreed. No haggling or long negotiations, really simple buying process. The staff was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. I was pre approved for a loan so that made the buying process easier. In addition the truck was eligible for the 20 year/250000 mile powertrain warranty. This gave me additional piece of mind. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Star Chevrolet.
